Please note that deliveries may arrive from 7am to 6pm.
• Every endeavour will be made to despatch goods ordered before
4.00pm on the same day.

Credit/Debit Cards accepted: VISA, MASTERCARD

We do charge for samples but credit accordingly on their return.
We do not charge carriage on samples.

• Please remember to check size and quality before printing or embroidery, etc. as no credit allowance can be made for worn, printed or processed garments.
• Goods will only be accepted back at our discretion. A 10% handling charge will be made together with carriage costs if applicable.
• If goods have been incorrectly sent please let us know immediately and we will arrange collection.
• Faulty goods must be returned within six months of supply.
• Goods despatched to a third party are at your own risk. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check that goods are acceptable before printing or embroidering.

ORDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• All transactions are subject to our  Terms and Conditions  of sale.
• Colour representation is only as accurate as the printing process allows.
• All styles subject to availability.
• Please be aware that unless otherwise stated all sizes are approximate garment measurements in inches. These are shown for guidance only.
• Please note where cloth is woven specially for an order, the quantity delivered may be +/- 10% on quantity ordered.
• Where artwork is required, the first presentation of artwork is free of charge, subsequent artwork is charged at cost.

• We must be advised in writing at the time of order if the clothing item is "held out for sale for children under 14 years of age". We can then zero rate the item.

 All forecasts are approximate working weeks and may be longer during peak season. We will always try to improve delivery when required.

• Products that are suitable for printing or embroidery are indicated. These processes can add approximately 2-4 weeks depending on the time of year.
• Prices vary according to size, colours and quality with a one-off origination charge, quoted at cost normally incurred.
• Simply send or email your design and we will quote by return.
• We are now able to print and embroider some orders offShore at reduced prices - Please ask for specific details.
