How our Eco Yarn is made:

Step 1:

Plastic bottles are collected.

Step 2:

Bottles are washed and granulated into flex (small pieces).

Step 3:

These are then processed into plastic chips.

Step 4:

The chips are then melted and spun into new polyester yarns for weaving.
